Akhasheni is a semi-sweet red wine of appellation of controlled origin (AOC), made with Saperavi grapes grown in the Akhasheni micro-viticulture area of the Kakheti region of Georgia.

The wine is sweet by nature and has a dark pomegranate color. Sweet cherry and black plum aromas prevail in the nose.

It has a well-balanced velvety taste. The wine is recommended to pair with ripe fruit and different deserts. Contains sulfites.

Best served at between 10°C and 12°C.
